Refund policy
This policy applies to purchases made through this website. It does not apply to items won through live auctions on TikTok (@mrvibeslive) — those are separate sales, governed by the rules stated during the live.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, no explanation needed.
To cancel, email hello@mrvibeslive.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to:

Condition of returned items
Items must come back unworn, unwashed, with any tags attached, in the condition they were sent (accounting for any wear already described at listing, for pre-loved stock).
Return postage
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label on request — email hello@mrvibeslive.com to request one before sending your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s), refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method, covering the item price and standard delivery cost.
Faulty or misdescribed items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, on top of the above:
- Within 30 days of delivery: full refund, replacement, or repair, your choice.
- After 30 days (up to 6 months): we get one attempt to repair or replace; if that fails, you're entitled to a refund.
