Mr Vibes LIVE sells new and pre-loved branded clothing through this website. We also run live auctions on TikTok (@mrvibeslive) — those operate under their own rules and are separate from purchases made here.

Placing an order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email doesn't mean we've accepted it — the contract is formed when we dispatch your item(s).

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and shown inclusive of any tax. We are not VAT registered. If a price is listed incorrectly, we'll contact you before processing rather than honour the error.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify's payment processing.

Items are listed as new or pre-loved. Pre-loved items are described as accurately as possible at listing, including any wear or flaws.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited. Beyond that, our liability is capped at the value of your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales.
